The safest and easiest way to clean your jewelry is to wipe it down with clean soft damp towel. Do not boil any jewelry with electronic components. Do not use alcohol or any chemicals to clean or sterilize the jewelry or components due to the possibility of discoloration or adverse reaction to the materials. Our Bluetooth Tongue Rings have three parts to them, 2 balls and a shaft. If your Bluetooth ID Belt Buckle will not turn on try replacing the battery. The power supply for our Caller ID Belt Buckle is CR2032, please change the battery when the brightness isn't enough or can't display. If you are having trouble getting the caller ID information transferred from your phone to the Caller ID Belt Buckle please check with your cell phone carrier to see if they support this feature. Then make sure your phone is Bluetooth capable and follow instructions that came with your Caller ID Belt Buckle in order to program your phone to transfer callers to the belt buckle. If you are having trouble getting a strong signal with our Barbell Antenna try adjusting the antenna position. Make sure your phone is properly configured to utilize the Barbell Antenna, this information is found in the manual that came with the Barbell Antenna. Check to make sure that the frequency of the antenna is also properly configured. In addition, make sure that the Barbell Antenna is clean, this insures that you will be able to receive the best signal possible.
